Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs. For cash on delivery orders in the amount of less than 70 €, the customer is charged the cash on delivery costs of 3.00 euros. The courier company we work with is Speedex Courier, with the largest distribution network in Greece. In the rare case that the area where you live is not served by the Speedex Courier, yiannis-jewellery.gr will send you your order in an alternative way, again with free shipping costs for you.

Your orders will be shipped within 48 hours. In some cases where product availability is different (listed on the product presentation page) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.

Please note that for distances of more than 20 km from cities where there is a courier headquarters as well as in some remote islands there may be an additional delay in delivery.

CYPRUS

Shipments to Cyprus are made with the courier company DHL and EMS.

The charge per shipment is 9 €. 

Your orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery takes place between 1-2 working days from the day of shipment. In some cases where product availability is different (indicated on the product) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.

Please note that for distances of more than 20 km from cities where there is a courier headquarters there may be an additional delivery delay.

EUROPE

Shipping throughout Europe

Shipments to Europe are made with the courier company DHL and EMS.

The charge per shipment is 9 €. 

Your orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is between 1-2 working days from the day of shipment to most countries. In some cases where product availability is different (indicated on the product) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
